		<description>How very true, and yet I think that your words have much broader application outside of counseling.  In relationships, I believe alignment could be used to improve our communication.  Specifically, in my marriage, I think of how often I don&#039;t align and go with my natural inclinations.  I can tell you, from experience, how inappropriate meeting an emotional response with an action or logical response sometimes is.
